Hi everyone ✨💕

I started my online business in October 2023.

I have been working as an adult nurse in the NHS for 10 years - full time. This has wreaked havoc on my body with the endless sleepless nights, stress, anxiety and unsocial hours. Not to mention never being able to spend Christmas with my family!

After recently being diagnosed with an auto immune disease, I found it really hard to keep up with the intensity of the job, especially during flare ups. The inconsistency of rotas, lack of staffing levels, unable to take time off sick and being severely overworked, were all taking its toll on my body, causing me added stress which would then lead to a flare up! It was a vicious cycle. I knew things had to change.

So here I am, starting with my online business, to help me live the healthiest life that I possibly can, by having the time to look after myself, recharge myself and also gain that time and financial freedom that I have always wanted! ✨

Since starting this business I have never felt more motivated or happier, because I truly see the end goal being something magnificent ⭐

And this is all achievable whilst sat in the comfort of my own home, with my little pet dogs and cat by my side 🐶
